Lock/unlock via Bluetooth
- Open the Anona Security app, tap icon
and find the smart lock. - In the plug-in page, check the Bluetooth icon. If icon
displays, the smart lock is connected to your phone’s Bluetooth. Slide the toggle to unlock/lock the smart lock. - If icon
displays, the smart lock disconnects with your phone. Refer to How to connect Bluetooth to re-connect Bluetooth and then try to lock/unlock.
Remote lock/unlock
If you are away from home, you can unlock/lock the smart lock on the app screen, provided that your phone is connected to the internet and smart lock stays online.
- Open the Anona Security app, tap icon and find the smart lock.
- In the plug-in page, check the Wi-Fi icon. If icon
displays, the smart lock is connected to the Wi-Fi. Slide the toggle to unlock/lock the smart lock. - If icon
displays, the smart lock is offline. Refer to How to connect Wi-Fi to re-connect Wi-Fi and then try to lock/unlock.
Unlock via password
When the smart keypad is installed and paired with the smart lock, you can set password and then unlock the door using password.
If you set guest password and share it to the guests, they can unlock the door using the shared guest password.
Mechanical lock/unlock
You can use the key to lock/unlock the smart lock. Or, turn the thumb turn on the smart lock to lock/unlock.
