Add the smart keypad

Before binding the smart keypad to your smart lock, make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled, and the keypad is installed with batteries.

1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  and find the smart lock.
2. In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
3. Tap Keypad management > Add keypad. In the search result page, type the keypad Bluetooth name and wait for the binding process to complete.
4. Install the keypad following the instruction video. If you’ve installed the keypad, skip this step.
5. Input your password and tap Save.
6. When the keypad is successfully added, press the correct password and the unlock button to unlock the door.

Your set password won’t be displayed on the app screen. If you forget it, you can reset or delete it and set a new one.

Reset the password

1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  and find the smart lock.
2. In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
3. Tap Keypad management > My password > Reset my password and input a new password.
4. If you would like to delete the password, tap Delete my password > Delete. After the deletion, set a new password following the on-screen prompts.

Delete keypad

1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  and find the smart lock.
2. In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
3. Tap Keypad management.
4. Tap the icon  on the right upper corner, and tap Delete the keypad.
