If you couldn’t receive notifications on your phone’s notification bar about the smart lock, check the followings:
- Ensure that your phone’s network connection is good, Bluetooth remains on, and your smart lock is well-connected with the app.
- Open the Anona Security app, tap icon
and find the smart lock.
- Check if the icons
and
display, which indicate a good connection.
- Ensure that you’ve granted the notification permission for Anona Security app.
- Open the Anona Security app, tap icon
and find the smart lock.
- Swipe up to enter the settings, tap icon
to enter message centre.
- Tap icon
to enter message settings and enable the Message notification.
- In the app info page, tap Notification and enable the notification permission.
Alternatively, you can grant the notification permission in notification center in your phone’s settings.
- Ensure at least one type of notification is selected.
- Open the Anona Security app, tap icon
and find the smart lock.
- Swipe up to enter the settings, tap icon
to enter message centre.
- Enable the type of notification you want to receive. If you want to receive notification about the device, enable Device notifications and select notification type in Device notification management.
- Check if the do not disturb mode is enabled. If the mode is enabled, notifications will not be pushed to your phone’s notification bar during the set time. You can view the notification in the message center.
- Open the Anona Security app, tap icon
and find the smart lock.
- Swipe up to enter the settings, tap icon
to enter message centre.
- Tap icon
to enter message settings.
- Tap Do-not-disturb mode and check the effective time duration.
