Installation

① Before installation, ensure the door is unlocked. Use the supplied adhesive tape to cover the keyhole on the outside of the door.

 

② From the inside of the door, unscrew and remove the original thumb turn. If the thumb turn has a back plate, remove it as well.

③ Place the supplied mounting plate over the original thumb turn position, ensuring the UP arrow points upwards, the plate faces outwards and the tailpiece protrudes from the centre of the plate. Secure the plate with screws.

④ Select the correct adapter matching the shape and angle of the existing tailpiece.

⑤ Place the adapter onto the tailpiece and ensure it fits properly.

⑥ Unfold the wing latches of the smart lock. Turn the knob to the vertical position with the Anona logo facing upwards. Then attach the smart lock onto the plate, and secure it by folding the wing latches.

⑦ Rotate the knob to check if the deadbolt can be locked and unlocked.

⑧ Remove the front plate and then pull the thumb turn to access the battery compartment. Install the batteries according to the correct polarity indicated inside the battery compartment and place back the front plate.
