If the smart lock disconnects with Wi-Fi, check the followings:

  • Check if a 5GHz Wi-Fi has been selected. The smart lock should be connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
  • Check if the Wi-Fi password has been changed.
  • Check if the smart lock is too far from the LAN or router that it couldn’t receive a good Wi-Fi signal.
  • Check if too many devices are connected to the Wi-Fi that they interfere with each other.
  • Check if the Low power mode is enabled on the smart lock. In this mode, the Wi-Fi function will be disabled. Go to smart lock plug-in page on the app and disable this function.
  • Check if the smart lock is still in low power working mode. In this mode, the Wi-Fi function will be disabled. Go to smart lock plug-in page on the app and disable the function in Travel mode > Set up low power working.
