If the smart lock disconnects with Wi-Fi, check the followings:
- Check if a 5GHz Wi-Fi has been selected. The smart lock should be connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
- Check if the Wi-Fi password has been changed.
- Check if the smart lock is too far from the LAN or router that it couldn’t receive a good Wi-Fi signal.
- Check if too many devices are connected to the Wi-Fi that they interfere with each other.
- Check if the Low power mode is enabled on the smart lock. In this mode, the Wi-Fi function will be disabled. Go to smart lock plug-in page on the app and disable this function.
- Check if the smart lock is still in low power working mode. In this mode, the Wi-Fi function will be disabled. Go to smart lock plug-in page on the app and disable the function in Travel mode > Set up low power working.
How to connect Wi-Fi
- Ensure the smart lock is in an area with a strong Wi-Fi signal.
- Open the Anona Security app, tap icon
and find the smart lock.
- In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
- Tap Lock settings > Set up Wi-Fi > Select Wi-Fi.
- Select a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi and input correct Wi-Fi password.
- Tap Connect and wait for the connection to complete.
