Change default family name

By default, the family name would be the prefix your e-mail address used to sign in the Anona Security app. To change the family name, do the following:

1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  .
2. Tap the default family name in the left upper corner and tap Family management.
3. Tap the default family name to enter the detail page.
4. Tap Family name and input a new name.
5. Tap Add new member to invite others to join your family.
6. Tap Change wallpaper, select a wallpaper and apply.

Create new family

1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  .
2. Tap the family name in the left upper corner and tap Family management.
3. Tap Create family and input a family name.
4. Once created, the new family plug-in page will be displayed on the screen. To edit information of the family, follow the steps in Change default family name.

Move the smart lock to another family

If you would like to move the bound smart lock from one family to another, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  .
2. In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
3. Tap Lock settings > Move the device and tap the target family.

If the smart keypad has been bound to the smart lock, it will be moved to the target family as well.
