Camera sleep mode

Enable the camera sleep mode, and the camera will remain connection with the Wi-Fi, while other functions such as motion detection, video recording, live view will be disabled.

  1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  and find the smart camera.
  2. In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
  3. Tap Other Settings and enable Camera sleep mode.

Power saving mode

If you want to prolong the battery life of the camera, you can enable the power saving mode, during which the camera can record videos when motion is detected. However the video length is shortened to 10 seconds and the sensitivity is set to low.

  1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  and find the smart camera.
  2. In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
  3. Tap Power Saving mode and enable your desired option.

Setup spotlight brightness

This adjustment applies to the spotlight brightness during live view and when full color night vision is enabled.

  1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  and find the smart camera.
  2. In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
  3. Tap Video and Audio > Night vision settings, and adjust the spotlight brightness slider.

Setup status light

When the PIR sensor detects a motion and the camera starts recording, the indicator will remain blue. It will turn off when the recording stops. This will inform the human passing by the detection area that the recording is happening.

To disable the status light, do the following:

  1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  and find the smart camera.
  2. In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
  3. Tap Other Settings and disable Status light.

Setup speaker volume

This adjustment applies to the speaker volume when using talk in live view.

  1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  and find the smart camera.
  2. In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
  3. Tap Video and Audio > Intercom Volume and select your option.

Update firmware

  1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  and find the smart camera.
  2. In the plug-in page, swipe up to enter settings.
  3. Tap Other Settings > Firmware upgrade.
  4. When an new firmware version is available, tap Upgrade and wait the upgrade process to complete.

Alternatively, you can enable Silent upgrade and set the upgrade time. The smart lock will upgrade the firmware automatically during the set time.
