Grant notification permission

When a motion is detected, the Anona Security app will send notification to your phone’s notification bar. To make sure the notification can be received, please grant the notification permission for the app.

1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  .
2. Tap icon  to enter message centre.
3. Tap icon  to enter message settings and tap Message notification.
4. In the Anona Security app info page, tap Notification > Allow Notifications.

Alternatively, you can grant the notification permission in notification center in your phone’s settings.

Setup message center

Select the notification type you want to receive on your phone.

1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  .
2. Tap icon  to enter message centre.
3. Tap icon  to enter message settings and enable the notification type.
4. Tap Device notification > Device notification management, you can view all smart devices bound to this account.
5. Tap the smart device you want to receive notification from, and tap Allow notification.
6. Enable the device notification type you want to receive.

Setup Do-not-disturb mode

When the Do-not-disturb mode is enabled, notifications will not be pushed to your phone’s notification bar during the set time. You can view the notification in the message center.

1. Open the Anona Security app, tap icon  .
2. Tap icon  to enter message centre.
3. Tap icon  to enter message settings.
4. Tap Do-not-disturb mode > Scheduled on and enable it.
5. Set the start and end time, as well as the repeat period according to your needs.
